"Maya is amazing! I originally came here because of a knee injury. I had surgery on my meniscus 2-3 years ago and it sort of came back to haunt me. I feel the pain right in the meniscus and sometimes on the lateral side. She does so many techniques that are extremely helpful and also, not just around my knee.
