"I started going to Core for Physical Therapy after a left shoulder surgery back in late September of this year. I will say without a doubt that after being there for 2 months I feel better than ever. After surgery I didn't have much hope that my shoulder would be able to heal as quickly as it did and I wouldn't be able to resume back to my normal lifestyle. Working with Ferin Zampese has been quite an experience and she has helped me tremendously along the way. Nicole and Cole who work with Ferin as her aides helped me understand how to properly perform exercise so that I can do them at home and feel confident on my own. They also both know how to keep you feeling positive about being at PT. Overall my experience at Core Performance has been the absolute best and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Therapy. From the smiling and welcoming faces of the front office ladies (Francis, Tish and Ally) helping with scheduling and any insurance issues questions, to the back office of making my therapy the best, this place is number 1 in my books."

"I threw my back out and was in tremendous pain when the doctor recommended PT. I was skeptical it would do anything, but it really works! I am now in ZERO pain! Caveat- physical therapy ONLY works when you have the right people and the right care in the right office. "I can't believe how a poor running ,inefficient pt can expand so much. Pilate machines are very cheap looking and they're right in the middle of everything. Both training & pilates are much subpar with very high prices. No wonder John has been able to expand his business. Maybe by taking Drs out to rounds of gulf or buying them meals."

The receptionists are professionals. They are attuned to the patients' needs, and they are out to satisfy with empathy, kindness and smiles. I would refer Core Performance, without hesitation, to my family, friends and everyone. "I am one of their patient at the Core physical therapy, I was going to get my physical therapy for my painful shoulder, when I arrived the front desk was confronting me in front of other patients whom were sitting in the reception area, keep in mind, the reception area is extremely small, she confronted me about I have to pay extra fee because I reschedule my appointment a week ago. This is absurd, because I called them on June 15 and informed them my whole family got severe Covid-19 so I asked them to cancel all my appointments and I reach out once I get better that’s why I called them on 7/13 and booked for 7/17/23. I was very responsible and called them in advance and canceled my appointments and informed them about the covid. I was very sick for more than around 2 weeks to the point I missed my work, However, the Core Physical therapy response to me was oh “you still must pay the 2 times $50 cancelation fee”! My problem was not only that they wanted to force me to pay the unfair cancelation charges, but also the manager’s manner and her attitude towards me in front of other patients and staff talking about my case. My privacy got violated and she humiliated me Infront of other patients and staff. I did not want to argue so I said pls send a statement to my address and they refused it and said you need to pay now. I even said OK I have apple pay and I can pay my copay and she said we don’t accept apple pay so you can read your card number so she can punch it in! How could I read out- loud my credit card Infront of so many other people? I wanted to do it then she again attacked me I must fee extra fees, at that time This I felt I had to leave. I couldn’t stand humiliation anymore. It is so unprofessional any other physician offices I ever visited as a patient they will send you statement or even ask for copay in a polite and professional way and not violating HIPPA in front if other people like that. They really made me embraced to the point I left although I was in such a severe pain and really needed my treatment. The physical therapist was a nice person who called me and apologized for the front office behavior, it. The question is, what type of training this office provides to their staff, what policy and procedure they have in place manager of this in place in this location violates such a basic right of the patient. I could not get the proper treatment because of the management and privacy got violated."
