"I have taken my dog here for the past 3 years and after today's appointment, I will NOT be returning. Dr. Grossbard is great but his staff... not so much. I was told my appointment was cancelled because I arrived at 3:39pm for my 3:30pm slot. I was told I had until 3:37pm to make the appointment and they cancelled it because I did not pick up their call. I was unable to pick up the phone because I was driving and the lady had the audacity to say I can use Siri. Well the law is you cannot talk and drive! Also, do you know there is traffic coming to Pacifica during rush hour???? 7 minute grace period is RIDICULOUS, unheard of for any practice. Allcare has delayed my appointment start time in the past but us clients are not allowed to be less than 10 minutes late?! As I am explaining my situation to the front desk lady, the man behind her gestures me to quiet down because he is working. How rude is that!! It's evident Rick has no customer service nor empathy. First of all, Allcare was the one who originally rescheduled my appointment due to THEIR conflict and now they won't take my dog because I was 2 minutes late. Mind you, this was a quick vaccine appointment with the nurse so I was not holding up the actual visit line. Front desk lady also could not pull up the fine print that has this appointment cancellation policy. To make matters worse, the front desk lady kept arguing with me that I was 9 minutes late. NO IT'S 2 MINUTES BECAUSE YOU SAID THE CUTOFF IS 3:37pm. How can someone not be livid after being THIS humiliated at the vet? No I won't be returning nor referring my friends to your practice. I will be looking for a clinic that knows and shows compassion to not just animals, but also to their human parents."

He is extremely knowledgeable and explains the context of his recommendations while also answering any questions that you can throw at him. AllCare also does not try to upsell you with everything. They only recommend what is fair and needed. If you need a vet, he's the one!"

Everyone at allcare is so sweet and provide the best service! They really care about the pets that come in and they give really good advice. "Dr. Grossbard truly loves animals and genuinely cares for them! He is honest and takes his time to thoroughly explain everything we need to know regarding our pet. I originally visited this clinic ten years ago. He was my favorite veterinarian back then, unfortunately I moved away pushing us to search for a new veterinarian, but no one seemed nearly as genuine, warm, and skillful as him. When I moved back we decided to return to Allcare and we did not regret it! I am consistently surprised with the followup calls after visits and how quickly he responds to messages. The staff are friendly and respectful, and loving to animals. My daughter lives in the city and she has made Allcare her primary place for her two aussies the last 3 years and is very satisfied with his care and work ethic as well!
