"I was ghosted once because I forgot to confirm my appointment."
"The owner of this practice called to intimidate me in January because there were some insurance issues in which my insurance was not updating payments properly (I had had this argument with them like 5x before). He called me personally after his work hours, lied and intimidated me over the phone to say that he, "could not pay Maria [the girl that was my therapist]" and what were "we" gonna do about it because he can't pay Maria and has not been paying her the services (which we know are lies because that would be a violation of CA Labor Laws) AND that he does not have the money to pay the therapist and does not like to be out of his money - all of this was said in a demeaning matter. Then when I told him that I have called the insurance many times and explained what the insurance said and how they would resolve it, he almost yelled at me over the phone. And to top it off, he told the therapist to no longer see me and tell me that she was fully booked every time I reached out. Don't go here if you want to be intimidated by a RUDE and LYING owner at a mental health practice who's going to gaslight you and INTIMIDATE YOU. Go elsewhere. I also have proof of that conversation I had on my call log and freedom of f**kin speech."
"During these trying times, so thankful to connect; a great experience all around."
"Terrible. They are not as bad as other mental health services here in LA but the fact that I was reschedule so many times, fight for staying in their care and then just dropped made it clear to me that there focus were transactional which rightly so the services provided come at a cost. However, the issue is when someone is dealing with hardcore issues, abandonment or emergencies and the transactional takes more of a priority than anything else. They were not there for me when I experience emergencies, I had to dealt with that own my own yet I kept hearing from my therapist that he was not going to turn his back on me. I never bought that for a second but it seems that what the head of staff (i don't know the right title) the one with the accreditation for which other specialist operate, has the final say and he does not care at all for the patients. I forgot his name, I think is Dylan Ramos. I have anything against him is just seem he doesn't care about the patients and the therapist relations and work between them. My advice would be just be warned, I don't really recommend anyone. This was the last time I access mental health services, after this and many worse experiences I will never ever access or recommend therapy. Unfortunately."
