"Very kind and honest doctor who truly cares about the animals. Kind staff with great customer service. *UPDATE* I have received news that there is a new Dr. on the team whom I've not had the pleasure of meeting in person as of yet. However, I felt compelled to share that the team is still passionate and caring as ever. I would like to especially recognize Faith who took my call today and provided above and beyond support for me. She not only listened to my story explaining my situation, but also was able to quickly provide the service I needed in just a few short minutes. 10/10 recommend this team for any and all who has a "fur baby" Thank you Faith!"

"Our family has used this vet since we moved into area. Recently the primary vet retired. Sad to see that happen. New owners/Vet had raised prices, decreased service and availability. Now we are looking for a new Vet. Worst phone experience ever. Had called for an appointment but none available and placed on hold. Waited almost an hour and no answer. Called on another line and helped immediately while still on hold. This happened more than once. Prescription prices were really high we ended up going to Costco to get them filled."

"I’m so annoyed with the lack of professionalism at this vet.. They put my dogs medication in a paper envelope and since it’s been raining like crazy it ended up getting damp in my purse 2 days after the appointment. I called today (Monday) and was told I can PURCHASE another prescription and this time they’ll put it in a medicine bottle. Why wasn’t that done in the first place, and why am I being charged for Your Error?! I’m not paying twice. Then the lady who answered the phone said it was put in an envelope because it had special instructions- BS. I’ve had “special instruction prescriptions” the last time I had a dog seen at this vet and it came in a medicine bottle and I was given paper instructions. This is really tacky and super unprofessional. If you take your animal to this vet don’t expect them to fix any mistakes- You will be charged for their error’s. Just an FYI"

"Be warned still instituting a useless mask mandate inside the clinic. As if the dogs can catch covid. I did like that they have a cat and dog separate entrance. After review of little Atlas we were able to move forward on a plan that seemed perfect for his situation. Prompt response to getting us into a room and quick to have the Dr. Check on him. Great service overall"

"I've taken my cats to ABC Animal Hospital twice and had had a good experience both times. They are very professional and went above and beyond to take care of my cats. They even scheduled follow up appointment to check how my cat is responding to mediation. I highly recommend this vet and will be coming back."
