"Stayed here twice for 23 nights each time. Solid 4 stars. Staff is awesome and polite. Love the location. Walking distance to all the restaurants in Suisun City. Didn’t see any of the transient issue within the hotel. As for being here long term probably 2-3 stars. Laundry has been out of service the entire time. The treadmill doesn’t work and there’s 6 dumbbells. They have changed one of the conference rooms into a gym with new everything but doesn’t do any good for me. As for laundry, I asked about it during my first trip. The housekeeping lady said she would do my laundry for me. As did one of the front desk people. When I was ready to do laundry, I asked a front desk person and they said the Holiday Inn Express next door will let you use the laundry room."

"Great corner room on the 4th floor. Always met with a cheerful, "Good Morning" from staff. Beds could be more comfy....but overall, pleasant experience. Only bummer, was the bathtub plug didn't seal well."

"The rooms are clean. King size bed is the best deal! I’m particular about clean bathrooms, great job cleaning staff! The room amenities in the room were in great condition , everything worked like brand new! The television is a perfect size, it has a great adjustable mount that allows you to watch tv from any part of the room, from my bed to the desk area. I hook up my laptop to the television easily to listen to YouTube music and watch streaming movies. I don’t pay for movies so I use my laptop for my streaming apps. Customer service at front desk is great! The location is perfect! You can walk to all the delicious breakfast spots, Mexican food, Poke, American Grill. Not to mention the nightlife, the bars, pubs, and dance clubs are all 5 minutes walking distances. No need to call Uber,unless you’re too full of food or too alcohol buzzed to walk. I will continue to be a customer here! Actually, I will be back in March 2024 and look forward to it!"

"The design of the room was a bit weird. The TV was in the middle of the room so you can’t watch TV from the bed and the couch at the same time. The service was wonderful. The room was very clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast was “okay” the breakfast staff was great."

"I loved my room here at the Hampton Inn. I got the king sized bed room and was very pleased. It was decently priced which is why I decided to stay here. Although it was further from the Napa Valley than I would like it was still worth the stay. I had a decent breakfast and the options of an omelette and waffles. The room was clean and I felt very relaxed. Will stay here again."
