"I honestly have to come back here and edit my review. This is purely on customer service. I can't seem to be able to speak to their manager at the Downey facility... the ladies at the front desk said her email is private for "confidentiality purposes" I was given the “do-not reply email” the one that is automated and no one will even check or get back to me also one of the gals didn't know her last name I mean clearly, it's just denying me the chance to talk to the upper management. My therapist by far is the BEST but I do think people should be aware of the many MANY hurdles you have to go through to speak to someone in upper management. I hope that over time Heredia is more open to communicating with the public a bit more I am not a threat I don't think having access to anyone's email should be this big of an issue. It's been 8 days and I really don't think I will get to speak to anyone other front desk staff. The rest of my review holds true, hands down the BEST therapist I have ever worked with! It has been a life changer to be seen by Heredia Therapy Group and my therapist. My experience so far has showed me MY THERAPIST is mindful of me, he genuinely cares about my opinion and needs, and he has made me feel safe. If you're struggling with mental health, need some stress relieving techniques or just need to work on yourself reach out to Heredia Therapy Group now and schedule something. You will feel great after session one."

"I called way few months back and left voicemail. They called me back within a few days and put me on waiting list for evaluation. Then they called me back in a month or so for appointment. Thank you staff! Diana did my evaluation and she was cool!"

"I was able to be seen within ONE WEEK of calling compared to several weeks at my FSP program. Switching therapists was easy and created no gaps in my one week session intervals. The quality of people here are better than at my FSP program. I love that Heredia takes Medi-Cal because not many places do. So far all my therapy sessions were online, but I don't mind. Do note their psychological neuro-evaluations are in-person, but have a 2 month waiting period which I found is typical vs other places. If anyone is in search of a therapist, I tell them to go here first due to the amount of therapists they have on tap and the ease of getting an appointment. To sum up, this place has the resources of a bigger program, but the quality and personal touch of a private practice."

"They set me up with a therapist I was supposed to have regular sessions with. After the 1st visit, the therapist had her secretary call me up and say she didn't want to deal with me anymore. I had NOT insulted this therapist in any way at all and everything seemed fine during our visit. These people are extremely lazy and full of excuses to not help you and milk your insurance company for all the money they can get."

"My overall experience is based on customer care. After my Referral it was an ongoing phone tag with them. I tried several times to communicate with them and arrange a time I could discuss future appointments. However, their team lack training. There was no follow up to phone calls. I doubt it takes 3 days to return a voicemail. I had to be the one initiating contact. After nearly two weeks I decided to contact my insurance and get a different referral Horrible experience. Keep looking"
