"Like what other reviews stated, I was instructed to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I was sent a bar code that was not getting scanned right, fortunately the nurse was nice to assist me in checking in. Was told to wait in the other office across the wat. I was called over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, then showed to a room. The specialist arrived after another 15 minutes later. Total exam time took less than 10 minutes. Then I was told to see my primary care provider to get referral for another department. Yay! 2 hours of my day off (including round trip travel time) I cannot take back."

"doctors are rude. both doshi and Tammy peng have gotten an attitude with my sick boyfriend. unprofessional. when dealing with sick people you need to practice patience and compassion, you're definitely not supposed to snap at them."

"Though the doctor recommended I go to physical therapy, I’m still waiting to go. I’ve been making phone calls after phone calls only to hear that they’re waiting for authorization. It’s now been a month and I’m still waiting for physical therapy yet I’ve been released to return to work with this continuous pain with no relief!!!! This place is horrible with follow through or their referral protocol along with the companies they refer you to….. ridiculous!!"

"This Kaiser Permanente Allergy and Dermatology place has the most terrible service for health care here, EVER. The staff has this TRAINING urgency to not listen clearly to you, always in a hurry to get you in and out. Especially all the doctors here are careless. The copay is so expensive to see a Kaiser Permanente specialist. I felt like doctors here don't take their time to fully examine you, nor take deep thought into consideration that you are a human being seeking medical help. They only see you here as a number and cash flow for their business. So, do yourself a huge favor and visit Foothill Dermatology Medical Center in Glendora, California. They have honest doctors there that truly value you and your time."

"I was told to arrive 15 min before my appointment. I did. I was left waiting over 20 min in the waiting room before I was called in and even then the person who arrived 15 min after I did was called in ahead of me. I’ve had about 2 appointments here when I was actually attended on time and left at a decent time. This clinic has gotten worse and worse with their time management. I have other errands besides this appointment that I have to do within a certain amount of time I shouldn’t have to stress out about being able to complete those errands. That being said, the staff here nice, clear with their explanations and answers, and the facility is well maintained."
