"After having a great deal of difficulty finding a provider here in town that is actually accepting new patients I reached out to Aspire. I was quickly scheduled for my initial appointment. After completing my appointment there was a bit of difficulty with my insurance. The staff at Aspire were amazing, they helped me to get the insurance issue figured out so that I didnt miss an appointment. The staff at Aspire are some of the best and most professional people I have met. Due to my work I have dealt with several other agencies throughout Kern County and my experience at Aspire has been great. I also need to mention specifically Stephanie and Carl, these two have been great as well. They are not only professional but they are two of the most caring and compassionate people I have dealt with in a long time. Yes they only take private insurance and the out of pocket costs was a bit high for me, but the thing that got me to come was they actually care about your mental health.
