"The worst people ever. They lie to you and leave you waiting for ever for appointments. They also don’t return calls and if you get ahold of someone they are rude. They really should not work with people, especially in mental health. They break hipaa laws and string you out with the belief that they can help you having you come back for appointment after appointment just so they can get money. They never actually help you. only to screw you over in the end. Don’t go to these people. They also sent me a letter addressing my son’s needs. (I don’t have children). If you have been here get a lawyer."

"I've been in treatment for my mental health since 2001, so I have some years of experience with receiving mental health care including therapy and medication. I've been with Dr.Williamson for one year now, and I'm very satisfied with the care recieved. These are things I appreciate about the care from Dr.Williamson: Pays attention to what I'm saying. Remembers details I've mentioned in previous visits. Even little stuff as well as the big stuff. Asks me good questions. Very knowledgeable about a lot of medications, including side effects, risk/benefit, dosages. Helpful in providing resources to pursue talk therapy beyond our sessions. Has been receptive to my input regarding treatment. Patient when I'm trying to say something and I can't quite get it out. Makes me feel like he's glad to be on my team, helping me optimize my mental health. Also, Samantha in the office is super nice and helpful. I'm sorry some of the other reviewers were not helped as much as I have been, and I hope they find someone who is a good fit for them. Don't give up! It can take awhile to find the right help."

"I understand paying a fee for missing an appointment because they hold the spot for you but i made a genuine effort to make the appointment. Circumstances were out of my control. I still called to let them know I wouldn’t make it and tried to reschedule. Tried. Took them about a week to finally reach out about it. And the fee for missing the appointment? $175. That seems excessive especially when I know the medical industry is more of a for profit industry than it is about helping people (not the individuals but on a large scale). So congrats you gauged me for one payment of $175 I feel like multiple payments from actual healthcare would have added up to much more than that but I know how important that instant gratification can be. Don’t waste your time here. Unprofessional. Or do. I don’t really care"

"Office staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Williamson is now the second doctor I have had from here that shows zero care for his patients. Dr. Williamson seems to believe writing prescriptions that are habit forming is the only way to help his patients. If you are looking for a provider who will truly care for you and want to see you get better, stay far away from pacific psychiatry."
