You don't need ID or proof of low-income status, or whatever. Just wait in line, wait for them to hand you a platter (don't grab at stuff). Seconds are available (just get in line again). If elderly or disabled, or with a small child in tow, you get to go to front of line and there's a reserved area for table service."
