Old Skool Training is a women-only gym located at 4235 Pacific Street in Rocklin, California. Founded in 2015 by experienced personal trainer Jen, who has over 12 years of experience and has competed in bodybuilding competitions, Old Skool Training is dedicated to helping women feel more confident, comfortable, and sexy in a motivating environment.
At Old Skool Training, we offer personal training, monthly memberships, and more to support you on your fitness journey.
