The heated bed, cozy bedding, comfortable bed, calming music, and charming low lighting allows for total relaxation. Her techniques combine approaches I've never received in a traditional massage, including some light stretching before diving deeper into massaging to open up muscles and create space. It felt like it helped prepare the muscles for the massage and integrate the work unfolding. She's great at diving in very DEEP into the muscles and tissues, while still listening to your preferences. Her work significantly reduced severe pain, and I'm thankful for the experience.
