"It's been almost a week I have not heard from the owner or an administrator anyone taking accountability how you make our children feel? So unprofessional!!!!!! My daughter communicates there's no structure no discipline, no consistency. Kids need all this things to preform at their best. But with 2 second routines & the coaches constantly changing everything... if that isnt enough my daughters cheer pictures are in regular gym attire instead of cheer uniforms like the rest of the girls! & the cherry on top dealing with incompetent people who think their entitled."

"Huge lack of communication at this gym. Called for weeks to try and get someone on the phone. Once I get a trial class set up the people there could care less. The front desk lady didn't communicate to the coach. The coach didn't know who my daughter was so she's trying her best to follow the other girls and do what they are doing. She's 5 and if they don't want young kids starting at this gym, then they should tell you that in the beginning. We ended up leaving early because the coaches were going too fast and didn't give her any direction. She was left standing around a lot wondering what she's supposed to do next. It's very disappointing. She was really excited to start something new and fun, and we left with her in tears."
