"This particular planet fitness sucks this is my usual gym this place is constantly understaffed and the staff they do have mostly has a pretty bad attitude about customer service the management of the location doesn't care about the customer I had to complain a couple times now and I just won't go back there anymore I don't think... Update you can see how bad this places is the posted a response thanking me for my good review. When I gave them 1 star and complained about how bad they are..."

"I love planet fitness! Every location I go to, the people are always so nice behind the desk. And I'm a black card member so I get all the extra goodies as well as far as the massage chairs and red light boots are concerned. Love it!"

"Just started here, but the people at the front are very helpful and friendly! There are a ton of machines ready to go. The tanning and massage chairs are a bonus that I definitely use! The place is very clean and welcoming! The only thing I would say is it would be nice if people didn't sit on their phones while other are waiting for machines, but I guess this is just the way it is... The rest is GREAT!"
