"I've been going to Dr. Bunger for 2 years now and will no longer be seeing her for a number of reasons. For one, the wait time to see her is always 15-20 minutes. When I'm speaking with her, she spends 70% of the time typing on her computer. I always feel as if she sees me as just another patient in a packed schedule. It is also hard to make appointments with her because she's out of office a lot. What really cemented the decision to leave was the fact that she is taking 2 months off and will not be prescribing during that time, she only gave me a one week notice to make an appointment before she left, which I was unable to get. I felt that this was very unprofessional and irresponsible. It shows how little she thinks of her patients."

I think it is important to take in the mood logs, it gives her a better idea of how your month is going, we make changes from there if necessary. I love love the holistic approach that she is taking also. I am seeing a naturopath as well, she works with me in regards to all the supplements I am taking. I have not had a negative experience whatsoever:)"

"Horrible experience. Wanged to try a female doctor after having the same doctor ovver in los gatos for almost 10 years. She made me feel less than human and depressed every time I walked in. Glad I only had a few app before finding a bettrr doctor.."

"AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews, never again! this business is all about the money! she charges $250/hour, and if your late to an appointment they will charge you $100. When trying to talk to them they hung up on me. they don't stay at the office until closing time. If you try to contact them they will avoid your calls. I am still waiting for them to call me and sort things out. Maybe i'll relax this rating if they can get back to me."
