"There is no medical establishment in Santa Cruz County that has been more supportive, responsive, available, helpful for serious health issues, and the only place that has helped me reverse serious problems and gain my health back. Nowhere is it easier to get an appointment, get support for Specialist referrals, and most importantly, nowhere has shown the kind of kindness and willingness to go above and beyond any care that I have ever received anywhere else in Santa Cruz County?. Thank you to the office staff the nurse practitioners, doctors and medical assistants. For those of you who have undiagnosed issues or cognitive challenges, I highly recommend Dr. Joy and Natalie Pope NP. They used to have naturopathic combination MDs as well."

I was unable to find a primary care doctor and had a good experience here with continuity of care. "I called that morning to make an appointment but they were full. I was told as a walk in they could see me in 25-35 minutes. They were consistent and on time. Dr. Eric D Jackson Scott and his team were kind and professional. He was able to give me a prescription to my preferred pharmacy and made the process easy! Thank you DOD!"

"Two different walk in visits in a two week period. First time the wait was not too long. Second time, I was told the wait would be.anout 1 1/2 hours. The receptionist told me I could leave, and they would call me to return when the wait was about 15 minutes. I was so happy to have that option!!! Went to the grocery store! I was seen by a PA the first time, and by a Dr the second time. Both were excellent! Both friendly, personable, and professional. Both spent time discussing my health issues, choices for treatment, what to expect. When the pharmacy computers went down, I called Drs on Duty and asked them to send my Rx to a different pharmacy. No problem. I love that they answer the phone! No robot menus to navigate! Wish their hours were longer."

"I’ve never really had a great experience here but I have to go because I’m in between primary providers and it’s the closest place to me. They have a very relaxed and disorganized demeanor throughout the whole place. The staff isn’t very friendly either. They make it seem like you’re an inconvenience from their tone and shortness. I’ve had them mess up prescriptions, not be able to answer why I was charged on days I didn’t go, and wait for over an hour when there was no line to see anyone. If I didn’t have to go to them, I wouldn’t."
