"While there are many gyms in San Diego that have the capability to teach Muay Thai, I have never found a gym with the perfect blend of high level coaching, a friendly environment and a healthy competiton team. The training here will always push you and there is an emphasis on constant improvement. Coaches are attentive throughout classes and great at sharing their knowledge. They are all very generous with their time and have always been happy to explain, or dissect various techniques to give people a proper or better understanding. Beyond the excellent instruction, the culture of this gym is very communal. People all feel very connected and open to meeting each other. I am always in a much better place after training here, and have always felt very welcomed. I feel very lucky to train here and be a part of this community."
