"Finished the 6 week challenge, and though I did not meet my goal, I did gain a new sense of confidence and some muscle. I loved every single class and could not have asked for better coaches. Their energy throughout was exactly what I needed to keep going. The diet was a fun challenge, and though at times seemed monotonous, it did really expand my horizons into different seasonings and marinades. "I wish I could say I met my goal of the six week challenge, which was to lose 6% body fat, but that just isn't what showed up on the biometric scale (either at the gym or at home). However, I think my pictures speak for themselves. I am happier looking in the mirror now than I have been in YEARS. I do, in fact, love kickboxing, which is why I joined this gym in the first place, and the results speak for themselves. The meal plans they provide you are easy to follow. The only thing I had a hard time with was meal planning and meal prep because I'm so dang busy, but I came up with some tried and true staples that helped me meet the meal plan criteria every week. Would I do it again? Yes, in a heartbeat. Even though I didn't get the free 6 weeks, I still lost body fat and gained muscle. I also happen to be a runner, and this has really kick started my endurance and speed, which was a really nice bonus. I'm a woman in my mid-40's that's had a stroke, so the fact I was able to see such progress was really gratifying."
"I finished the 6 week challenge down 7.1% body fat! I never thought a 2 AM Instagram scroll would lead to such a positive change in my body XD In all seriousness, this was an overall very good experience. My goals were to gain upper body strength, learn kickboxing basics, drop body fat, and fit into my favorite outfit and all of those goals were blown out of the water. Plus I got added benefits like learning that I really don't need to cook all of my food in fat to have fulfilling meals, losing weight made activities like rock climbing and yoga a lot easier, and learning that I love kickboxing (the company name is very true). I will say as a warning for those who want to give it a go, if eating out or going to breweries is a big part of your diet, then it will be tricky. Also, the halfway point is when you will feel your crummiest then afterward is smooth sailing. Anyways if you need a program that will push you to jumpstart weight loss/ reduction in body fat I definitely recommend this program. Also big shout out to the staff ( Huge thanks to Summer Rae). They were always friendly, enthusiastic, and straightforward the whole way through."
