Not only was the facility fantastic, but the trainers and staff were extremely welcoming. Any time I needed a modification, they provided one and checked in. I felt very comfortable and loved all of the workouts! Thanks guys!"

"If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service here is absolutely awful. I had a package of 10 classes and 7 of them expired within 3 months. I nicely emailed the manager of this studio, she offered me a discount on another package of 10 that's it, she was not empathetic or helpful at all with the 7 classes that expired. All I was asking for is for the classes to be extended for 1 more month. I travel for work, and during the summer I am traveling for pleasure. So I haven't even really been here for the past 3 months. I've never asked for an extension before on class passes. This is absolutely ridiculous and this is not how you run a business. In the state of California it's illegal for classes to expire. They are doing something very illegal and shady at this studio."

They truly care about people and their members. I took a class with Coaches Michael, Brent, Dee, and Brian, who are very professional and pay attention to your technique. They taught me the proper ways to lift to reduce my risk of injury, in the middle of a class. Best personal trainers in San Diego, best gym in San Diego!"
