I really appreciate that my PT (Kelsey McClurg) has been able to address all the usual pregnancy and postpartum issues with an eye to my history as a athlete and my desire to minimize my time away from running— the approach is very holistic. I also appreciate that there is always a balance in each session between figuring out what's wrong, manipulations to ease whatever pain it is causing, and instruction on what I need to do on my own to see continued improvement. Group classes are a great resource, too, providing value similar to that of an exercise class, but with the supervision of a PT, so you know you're actually doing each movement correctly."
