24 Hour Fitness

"I signed up spring of last year and stopped going around July/August. The good: it's a very clean gym and when I go it's usually not crowded which I like. The bad: Andy was the personal training manager at the time and not at all very present while doing my sessions and I transferred to another trainer. He was nice but I had to cancel due to other costs. When I needed to cancel my personal training, no trainer was there and Andy was gone so I went in and spoke to the sales manager who was a short young girl who already knew me. In short, after how she handled the interaction she's a lot of bad words I just won't say here but she's the most unfit manager I've ever met who refused to help. Calling in corporate was such a nightmare and I got no help until I opened a case and finally got reimbursed through corporate side of the company. Closing thoughts: it's a nice clean gym but the hours aren't too convenient and DONT sign up for anything out of the minimum requirements to go. Don't even sign up for a membership here. Do it at another location if you choose 24hr fitness (which isn't even 24 hours). It's not worth anything beyond just going in for your workout and done. I went to another gym where I'm getting my money's worth."

"Checking out the contract and prices was holding off. The next day Abbie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) saying she saw I was browsing for prices. Incredibly helpful and professional person. Appreciate her help got signed up immediately it feels good coming back to a gym that’s open and doesn’t have shady cancellation processes like the one next door. Give Abbie a raise."

"Update: had to lower to 3 stars because of all the disgusting mold in the showers and bathroom. Started going here 6 months ago and it’s never been removed or touched. Tbh it should be down to 2 stars based only on how long it hasn’t been dealt with. Mold happens but to not address it and risk your customers health is pretty lame Love that machines are usually open, staff is nice enough and I can always get a workout in without waiting around. Downsides and why not 5 is because a lot of the numbers are rubbed off on the old machines :/ and showers and steam/sauna need to be upgraded or at least just throughly cleaned fixed up. If they did that I’d be completely satisfied since membership isn’t to expensive"

"Great gym with nice staff. The jacuzzi and steam rooms/saunas are always great after a workout. I’m a little bummed they changed their hours and are no longer 24/7, but it’s not the end of the world Update: After 2 years I finally cancelled my membership. I’ll always appreciate this gym, but EŌS is cheaper, brand new, and it’s actually open 24/7 unlike this place which I find ironic."
