Our Jiu Jitsu academy is dedicated to hard work and respect, offering classes for people of all ages to improve physical, emotional, and mental health. Our instructors and students create a supportive and passionate community that is contagious. Kids can benefit from our energy outlet and foundational skills, while adults can enhance their overall well-being. We offer Kids BJJ programs for different age ranges and skill levels, as well as Adult BJJ programs and Boxing programs. Our goal is to instill values that extend beyond our academy, promoting respect and perseverance in all aspects of life. Owner Heather VanderWeerd has dedicated her time and effort to martial arts training and teaching, creating a successful academy with over 130 students.
