"When I first went to Ability Outpatient Therapy, I had severe pain in my right knee and left hip. I could barely walk up a few steps let alone, a flight of stairs. My mobility was significantly impaired. For someone who walked 10k daily, my pain reduced my activity level to only 2k a day, sometimes less. I found Ability Outpatient Therapy online and it commanded 5-star reviews from every patient. Naturally, I had to give it a try, and I'm so happy I did. After only eight sessions with Evelyn, I am virtually pain-free. She is extremely thorough and customized my therapy to my specific needs. She always took care that I wasn't hurting myself and would constantly check on me to make sure I was not in pain during my sessions. I loved that she taught me stretches that were easy to follow yet effective. I literally do them first thing every morning before getting out of bed, and I start my days knowing that I'm doing something good to strengthen my body. I am now able to climb up a flight of stairs without pain, and I am progressively working my way back up to 10k of daily walking. The receptionist, Olive, is very friendly and accommodating. She was able to work with my insurance quickly. The physical therapist, Evelyn, really improved my condition.
