"My therapy experience was great but they make it REALLY HARD to receive my medical notes for insurance purposes. Not only do I need to mail a written request to their business in Pasadena but have to add a $15 check along with it. I did it anyway and they cashed my cheque as soon as they received it did but it's been over 30 days since I have NOT received any medical notes which is causing delays in processing my insurance claim and getting paid from it! This is severely affecting my life and they just don't care. This is extremely unprofessional."

From the first visit, the staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Walked into my first session limping, could barely get through the session.
