"I've been going to SeaFit for about a month, and I'm completely addicted. The classes are not only hard and effective, but also a lot of fun. The instructors are all extremely kind and enthusiastic, and they ensure that everyone feels at ease and included. I was initially apprehensive because I had never used the machines before, but each instructor put me at ease. One of my favorite aspects of SeaFit is that it is a full-body workout. You'll work your muscles from head to toe (including those I had no idea I had), and you'll leave feeling powerful and invigorated. I am starting to see some amazing changes in my body and have decided to take classes twice a week. Shoutout to one of my FAVE, Dina. I take her classes every Wednesday and she has the best music, vibe and makes me literally "Sweat, Shake and Burn" (SeaFit's motto). Kelly's classes are also just as amazing - I love it! Catherine, the owner is very kind and very responsive to any questions you may have. Once you try this studio, you will definitely (L)Agree (see what I did there, lol) that this is so good for your body!"
