The coaches are super helpful, the class size and structure is very conducive of building confidence in proper lifting technique and in building strength. I’ve noticed a huge difference in my strength, and improvements in posture, and balance and have seen diminished issues with previous back pain. The community is inclusive and supportive. The programming is also great and keeps things fresh. I appreciate their focus on safe movements and classes specifically geared towards helping you improve potential imbalances or weakness that can lead to injury.
