"Man, where do I start. This place is amazing. My daughter absolutely loves going to her classes. She is obsessed, and eager to learn more and more. The Sensei is a former Marine Corps infantryman and you can tell right away from his demeanor and how he holds himself. He is also a professional MMA fighter. He has insane amounts of knowledge about marital arts, from kick boxing, boxing, Muay Thai, jujitsu and kung fu. And I’m sure many more. His classes are great for kids, it promotes discipline, honesty and hard work. They even have classes for adults and his wife runs an awesome program for any of the moms looking to lose weight. I do the adults classes now that run right after my daughters class and I love it! Bringing a new passion to a former Wildland firefighter who used to be obsessed with working out. I’d say bring your kids and see for yourself. You’ll love it."

"Its a really good place for children to learn discipline, I put both my sons in the bully proof class and Sensei has patience and shows he loves teaching them new things.
