"I just contacted the ACES company to potentially get my son ABA and the customer service lead yelled at me. Literally yelled. I have never been exposed to a worse customer service in my life. He was aggresive and loud. He justified his behavior because "he has worked in this company for over 15 years". I am just trying to help my son and I cannot believe this is the type of initial onboarding this agency provides. This is the biggest red flag I have ever experienced in a company that we are supposed to trust with our children."
