While taking Jujitsu and Wrestling. While our youngest learns to apply his energy and spark for self defense while taking BJJ and Muay Thai. All the coaches have years of experience and always making sure everyone is using correct form, technique and take their time to answering any questions or concerns. Kids classes always end wih a fun game and everyone leaving with a smile."
