After about a month of training here, I know the coaches are dead serious about the art, and it really does push you to be better and show up more often the more you see the people around you excel. "Been coming here for the past 6-7 months to train muay thai and its been the best decision i made for myself. This gym is perfect for all levels of skill and fitness. The head striking coach, Coach Warren has been a great teacher and has taught me lots of skills. I love the way he does his classes that it's friendly for all levels.
