Fight Solutions HQ is a premier martial arts training facility located at 4720 East 7th Street in Long Beach, California. Our gym is dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction in a safe and family-friendly environment. We offer a variety of classes including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Tiny Tots Fundamentals.

"This gym is a great spot to train Muay Thai. I wouldn’t want to train Muay Thai anywhere else in Long Beach, I love this gym. It’s tiny but the size of the gym never affects the training and the coaches are masters of their craft. I’ve trained Muay Thai at other gyms and this one is definitely my favorite."

"My son attends this gym so my review is going consist of my experience on kids classes. First off he is in both kids classes and together the price is very affordable. All of the coaches take time to explain & correct technique , and are all very friendly. You can see how family oriented the staff is and how they rub that energy off on the kids. This is the 2nd gym we have enrolled our son in and I can’t see him being anywhere else. I have nothing negative I can say about this place. If you are debating on gyms, I would say this is a place you must check out."
"If you are looking for a place to get in shape and feel better about yourself, this is the place for that. If you are looking for a place to actually train Mixed Martial Arts then this is really the place to go to. The coaches are outstanding in their knowledge and techniques. Very patient and have no problem making sure you understand what they are trying to teach. Not only just that, this gym is a REAL team. You will meet some genuinely kind and cool people. Nothing but cool vibes and great people. Once you sign up it'll be impossible to want to go anywhere else. Show up for a free class and it will be impossible to say no. It simply becomes a lifestyle.
