"Workers are very dismissive and snappy if they answer the phone. In my experience, they left me out of the loop on my own health and care. I was given documents and told to send them to who i felt was right, (without knowing what these documents were for). I was there for a diagnosis and help with some other mental issues but they put me under for addiction instead of what I requested multiple times. My anxiety was worsened and years of training myself to handle it was ruined. It felt as though I was in a police interrogation instead of therapy."

"Wonderful experience with psychologist Michelle at a difficult time after surgery and radiation. Not often do we get to hear someone who really listens. It allows you to hear yourself more honestly. Michelle shows magnificent positivity which has softened a quasi cynical attitude that was building. So vital to have the right person to talk to in a time of need."

"Why you insist on billing my insurance in a way so it hits my individual deductible and not my family deductible so it costs me more money is unethical. Should be considered fraud. Update- They figured out my insurance after causing a stir then they canceled my appointment 45mins before the scheduled time. They were unable to give me another appointment because I haven’t been assigned a therapist. Ugh. But they understand and are very sorry for my inconvenience. They don’t care nor understand patient care. AVOID!"

"Two questions: 1. How can a place that claims, as their foundation, to be a "safe space" for therapy and mental health assistance, be so oblivious as to not understand that failing to follow through on a promise to contact makes someone with trust issues feel anything BUT safe? 2. How does it look for said company, wanting to deal with fragile emotions and such, to have people working anywhere in their patient-interactive system who are rude, snappy, or dismissive? This doesn't foster the sense of a "safe place" either. Needless to say, I won't be going there for therapy. Nope. Not now, not EVER. Can't trust them AT ALL. :("
