"Novos Physical Therapy came highly recommended to me by a friend after enduring persistent leg pain following a fracture. My journey to find relief involved surgeries, consultations with multiple orthopedics, and visits to various physical therapists. Upon scheduling an appointment at Novos, I met with Jonathan, who quickly identified scar tissue around the nerve and addressed issues with my toe strength, which had been constrained by custom orthotics. The treatment regimen focused on enhancing toe strength, nerve flossing techniques, various unique calf excercises and stretches aimed at preventing tightness on my left side. Moreover, they provided me with exercises and insights into addressing weak areas of my body, recognizing the interconnectedness of the whole body. Although the pain didn't completely dissipate, the guidance and assistance from the team at Novos significantly improved my condition. As a 37-year-old newcomer to strength training, and someone who already grappled with body pain, the fear of sustaining further injuries loomed large. Novos not only offered physical therapy but also provided access to personal trainer Adam, whose extensive experience in powerlifting ensured that I performed exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and upper body workouts correctly. Overall, my experience at Novos Physical Therapy was marked by a balanced approach, combining personalized treatment plans, expert guidance, and a comprehensive understanding of my body's needs. While the pain persisted to some extent, the invaluable knowledge and support received made a notable difference in my journey towards recovery."
