"This place has no value for you, your time and/or for your well being, they have designed a process that suits them to have everything automated and just collect your money. If you have to call them to change your appointment, you'll have to wait more than an hour to speak to someone and they will charge you a $75 cancellation fee while they can cancel your appointment on the same day of your appointment without any consequences ( this was done three times). They just changed their patient portal (they were bought by Atena Health) with no information to their customers sending them through an endless loop of resetting passwords and setting up a new account which then would require you to call them to wait for an hour to talk to someone. This place has no foresight!"

"The therapists here have done right by my family. They have a good roster of therapists to choose from. They do Zoom appts as well. Highly recommend."

Go ahead,, call and ask them....after they wasted my time, gave me meds that had a risk of a lifelong condition, refused to acknowledge my asking to stop the meds "oh its fine, nothing to worry about", and now I have TARDIVE AKATHISIA!!!!! NO PSYCHIATRISTS, NO HELPFUL THERAPISTS NO EFFECTIVE NURSE PRACTITIONER PLAYING AT PSYCHISTRY * NEVER. GO. HERE."

"Would avoid this place like the plague and consider other counseling AND psychiatric alternatives. Their therapists will test you regarding your own life while making up their own lies to cover their tracks and mistakes. You could replace likely all their poorly educated therapists with some online anxiety relief techniques and a mirror to ask yourself questions. However, there won't be a pressure of discussing things that you aren't necessarily comfortable confronting. My therapist was only willing to see me if I had insurance, because the only thing this place cares about is $$$. Having been treated extremely poorly by their receptionists, one of whom recently laughed at me for trying to cancel my future psych appointment, and then also having their manager rudely respond to me for their scheduling issues, this place is just a mess. I only wish luck and fortune to their current patients."

"Their mental health staff are kind and compassionate. I've met my favorite mental health professionals through the service and hope to stay with those people for a long time. However their business administration, as well as their web development and information technology leave something to be desired. Phone calls that get re-routed and hang up on you, messages that don't get through the messaging system, glitches in the web app. That kind of thing. Small hiccups that disrupt service and suggest they're over-committed and under-staffed in those areas. I'd recommend they outsource the software development and infrastructure to a consultant or agency; keep the middle-man layer thin to allow them to focus more resources on the mental health aspect."
