"I have heard nothing good about this place!"
"I share joint custody of my 6 year old daughter. Her dad wanted therapy for her, because my daughter is thriving, I suggested that we read a joint book as a starter. Instead, he obtains therapy behind my back. When I request to speak to the therapist; I cautiously agree. Then I realize that the therapist has been talking to the insurance about a clinical need for therapy without even talking to me or even attempting to talk to me. When I let her know it doesn’t seem like she thinks I’m important to the process; she tells me I’m ungrateful and she’s cancelling sessions. Turns out she’s working with my daughter behind my back and working with her Dad to deny me records. Update: Jennifer Nasser has informed me that she will not be communicating with me or providing me records for my 6 year old she has decided to provide treatment for. Parents be warned, this is not the type of therapist or group you want to trust with your child. She has advised me to seek the assistance of an attorney, instead of working with me. They are playing games and now billing through her Dad to block me from accessing her records. Having legal joint custody legally protects me more than a couple who is together. In an intact marriage the parent can work with an unethical group such a Honeycomb and she can decide to alienate one parent at any point in time with no recourse. Meantime, Dad sets up a gmail account for a 6 year old and gives me an incorrect password. Thanks Honeycomb for enabling this type of alienating behavior. Any parent would have no trust in someone who blocks another parent from such an important process. The fact that she can’t see this, speaks volumes about her work."
