"I have been working with LJ for a few months now, and in this short time together I have noticed clear differences in my flying. She has made me efficient, allowing my body to know how to engage and be tight so it looks effortless while flying. The workouts have made my muscles SMART, activating when I need them to, so I don't overwork other muscles. Each session she plans and tailors according to my needs; what my day looks like, how my body is feeling, and the goals I’m striving to reach for.
