My husband and I went there while in college, I was able to do cardio group kickboxing classes with my friends while he was able to grapple, all under the same roof. "I started training here in 2011 in the fitness kickboxing program. After 3 months I started training in the Hawaiian Kempo belt program and have trained with the fight team off and on. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are able to work with anyone of all levels. My favorite thing about Pit.Fit is that it is one giant family - such a great sense of community. Working out there is always all smiles (usually, unless it's a devastating workout!), but I are grateful for the instructors pushing me and encouraging me."
