"I'm in week 6 of the "6-week challenge" which includes 3x/week classes and nutrition guide among other things like boxing gloves and wraps. It's been a lot of fun to kickstart me back into a regular fitness routine; through weekly check-ins I've seen my overall body composition change (losing subcutaneous fat, gaining muscle, etc.) The environment is friendly and unintimidating and welcoming to adults of different ages, genders, sizes & abilities so I recommend it for anyone. You'll get support and accountability to get fit for the first time, or to get back onto the path toward peak health. I also love that there is a "Rock Steady" class for folks living with Parkinsons, and joyful fun coaches in general. Thanks coach Brian, Rick and Marty!"
