"I purchased a Specialized Stump Jumper Evo Pro directly through Scott’s Valley Cycle Shop. Their customer service was top notch and they were more than happy to answer all of my technical questions about the bike. I ordered it by phone on a Tuesday and it was on my doorstep in Lake Tahoe on that Friday. They did an awesome job packing the bike and providing basic assembly instructions. Though I do not live locally to their shop I will most definitely continue to use them for any of my mountain biking needs! Thanks again!"

"I had a great experience at the shop. First of all, I messed up my reservation and selected the wrong day. They accommodated me with an e-bike right on the spot and got it ready in a matter of minutes. Later on, we forgot to bring our tailgate pad, so they gave us one for the day so we could transport the bikes as they are supposed to. Bikes were very nice, Specialized. Everet and Bob (I think it was his name), they both helped out a lot, I definitely will be back to rent out again from them"
