"Michelle's self defense class is a must for every woman, especially young ladies going off to college. Michelle is a true professional. Her 90 minute class covers so much and is very empowering. I brought my 18 and 20 year old daughters and I could see that it not only taught them the basics to defend themselves but got them thinking about situations they might face going off to college or working. We hope to participate in more of Michelle's classes when they are offered."
