"I loved this pharmacy until now. My doctor sent in my refill for my pain medication and she asked me to pick it up on the 8th of April, since that’s the day I usually pick up. She sent it in the 29th. That same day the pharmacist calls and tells me they’re out of stock, I said that’s ok, I’m not picking up until the 8th. The 8th comes and nothing, still out of stock. I said no problem, I’ll wait. Today is the 14th of April, and I’m in incredible pain. I’m laying in bed and haven’t been to work in 3 days. I’m trying to cope and preventing an ER visit. I know they’re not out of stock, they automatically think you’re drug seeking if your prescription is sent in early. I’m a literal cancer patient with severe back issues. On the verge of tears. If I call tomorrow and it’s out of stock I’m changing pharmacy and joining others in the class action lawsuit against CVS. It upsets me because I don’t like to cause problems, but this is upsetting. How can you sleep at night knowing you’re causing pain to others?"
