"Overall my husband and I enjoy the club. The gym area is nice with fairly new equipment. The womens locker room is nice. Just sometimes an issue of waiting for clean towels to be restocked. The biggest thing I see as room for improvement is extending the clubs hours. I have tried to find a time of day that isn't busy, but it is ALWAYS busy. It being so busy all the time makes it feel like a big box gym. Which I feel that we pay too much to be feeling that way."

"Many stains in locker room flooring. Deep clean and updates need to be done. Expensive club with many issues. Rust on locker room mirrors with rust stains. Sharp damaged and dirty storage unit inside locker with picture shown (internal image of locker). Sharp broken corner is very dangerous for members. Need professional cleaning crew that can deep clean. Management was notified about all issues many months ago. Family locker needs grout and tile cleaning and deep cleaning. Indoor jacuzzi was removed and never replaced with a new one. Other clubs such as Bayclub Pleasanton have indoor jacuzzi."

"This is a well managed health club with huge floor space. It offers very good dancing classes, fine workout equipment and a 6-lane outdoor swimming pool which I enjoy the most. There is also free Peet's coffee before 11am everyday. 8/15/2023, The facility becomes too popular in recent months, which causes fee increase and service quality reduced. The facility is undergoing a remodeling which reduces the number of shower stalls and removes indoor hot tub. This facility becomes over crowded."

"Staff is friendly, facilities are clean and spacious and have all the necessary accessories. Classes are enjoyable with instructive coaches. Very nice place to also just rest in the jacuzzi.! Love the swimming pool which is never too crowded for lap swim."
