"This review has been pending for quite some time. Previously, my son attended Learn and Play, and now, my daughter is enrolled as well. Reflecting on our journey from the outset, the initial concerns shared by my spouse and me, like any parents, were natural. However, the steadfast support we received from Ms. Rania, Ms. Sylvia, Ms. Edith, Ms. Ana and Ms. Lupe quickly allayed our worries. They consistently kept us informed about our children's daily activities, assuring us not only of their academic progress but also of their emotional well-being. This initial positive impression has endured over time. Ms. Rania, in particular, consistently ensures a smooth transition for our kids between classrooms, providing ample time for mental preparation and ensuring their adjustment is seamless. Expressing gratitude towards the teaching staff, we are indebted to Ms. Vandana, Ms. Sri, Ms. Pratibha, Ms. Kavya, Ms. Seema, Ms. Ruki, and others who facilitated our older child's swift adaptation and completion of activities within tight deadlines. As he progresses to elementary school, the solid foundation laid by the LAPMS teachers is visibly contributing to his ongoing success. Turning attention to the educators of our younger one, heartfelt thanks go to Ms. Saundarya, Ms. Sri, Ms. Alma, Ms. Nate, Ms. Geena, Ms. Raji, Ms. Marya, Ms. Nabila, Ms. Janet, Ms. Alice, Ms. Prab, Ms. Moni, Ms. Ruth, Ms. Sylvia and the rest. They consistently guide the children, ensuring not only academic proficiency but also nurturing their extracurricular interests. The teachers encourage autonomy, allowing the children to explore areas of personal interest and facilitating their growth. The stories and insights my children share reflect the positive impact of these educators on their young minds. The school's commitment to extracurricular activities is commendable, with various events like Halloween celebrations, Thanksgiving performances, and winter concerts held at intervals. These events provide invaluable opportunities for both younger and older students to showcase their talents before an audience from an early age. In attempting to encapsulate our experience, words seem insufficient. Our time with Learn and Play has undeniably been transformative. Our gratitude extends to Ms. Rania, who consistently exhibits kindness, patience, and approachability. Her leadership, coupled with the dedication of the entire teaching team, creates an environment where children flourish. The collaboration between Ms. Rania and the teachers truly exemplifies the best in teamwork."

"Reviewing LAPMS for my 3 year old who is currently on month #8 at the school. We had our little one right at the beginning of Covid and has been cared for at home for the first 3 years with family members. We knew it was time to enroll him in a school for more socializing and to prepare for pre-k. We toured a total of 6 schools in the area. What stood out about LAPMS Niles location aside from other schools were the staff and curriculum. From the day we toured the school, Ms. Anna was very kind and answered all of our questions. We were afraid how our little one would adjust being separated from us, but she assured us to trust the process. We decided to enroll our little one and had an orientation with Ms. Rania. She was also very kind and made us feel reassured that in the beginning it will take time to adjust, but our LO will enjoy being there. Our LO started in a classroom with kids around 2-3 years old. Ms. Quiesha, Ms. Meng, and Ms. Prabh were a tremendous trio in making us feel at ease. We really appreciated all the daily feedback and progress we received from them when we picked up our LO from school. They were always kind and greeted us with a smile, even if they had their hands full with all the kiddos. Our LO moved up to a different class. Ms. Lupe and Ms. Ruth were nothing but amazing in giving us reports on potty training and making progress in different skills/areas by providing a progress report. Ms. Raji and Ms. Anna are the highlights of our mornings when we drop off and pick up our LO. They always greet us with a smile and check in on our LO. Currently, our LO moved to another class with Ms. Jam, Ms. Ayesha and Ms. Gina. They all have been supportive, caring, and created an environment for our LO to learn, adapt to change, and encouragement for development. We appreciate the communication and ouch reports, and photo updates through the Procare app as well. Makes us feel assured that they are happy and enjoying their time at school. Thank you to all the staff at LAPMS Niles for such a great experience for the past couple of months. We have seen a big difference with our LO at home in speech/communication, willingness to help/share, more independence, and potty training progress. We are very glad we enrolled our LO here. We also have family members and friends that have enrolled their LOs here and also have nothing but raving reviews about the school and staff. Thank you LAPMS!"

"After trying out 3 preschools in Fremont and not having an enjoyable experience we were incredibly happy to have found this Montessori. The staff is eager to interact with the kids and they support both the parents and the children during all phases of learning. You can tell that the teachers truly care for the children. We will be sad when our kids age out, and we have to say our goodbye's. I highly recommend this school if you are looking for your Child's first school experience and are not sure where to begin, the tour helped us make our decision, I encourage you to schedule a tour."

"After a lot of research, we decided to go with Learn and play Montessori school. They have great teachers who make sure every kid is well taken care of and respected. They are very supportive and go above and beyond to help each child to adjust in the school. Admin staff is also very friendly and welcoming. They have lot of fun and learning activities. This school has everything any parent can ask for. We are very happy that we chose LAPMS for our child."

"I am very happy with my experience at Learn and Play Montessori Niles. It holds a special place in our hearts as it was the very first school my son ever attended. Born during Covid, he was reserved and clung closely to his parents. The apprehension of entrusting his care to someone else was immense. However, the school's principal (Ms.Rania) and dedicated teachers (from classroom 8) quickly alleviated our concerns, and made the transition seamless. Now when I arrive to pick him up, he's reluctant to leave – a testament to the nurturing environment that Learn and Play provides. His language and social skills have flourished beyond measure and he is very well mannered. He is growing and thriving thanks to the hands on lessons and engaging activities Learn and Play provides. To us, Learn and Play is more than just a school; it's an extension of our home. My child is not merely another face in the crowd; he receives individualized care and attention.
