"I had to wait several weeks to schedule our first lesson. Lots of back and forth and confusion. Our instructor cancelled last minute at least 3 times. One due to health reasons. However, when I woke up with a cold the day of my lesson and had to cancel, mindful of everyone else, they charged me the full amount, following their cancellation policy. Complete lack of empathy and customer centric approach. I would recommend if you are human and life happens to you"
