"I love going to Mindy's classes (for personal training and group class). It's rare for me to feel comfortable in a gym and I am always looking forward to my time here. I love how the place is low key and effective at delivering a workout that makes you feel strong and not injured afterwards. I first came here to get help with my lower back and shoulder issues (which was always in pain after childbirth/ baby tending), and after going to this personal training consistently, I was able to feel more stronger in my core. It helped with my posture, ability to hold myself, and my confidence. Safe to say after a year, my shoulder and back pain is no longer there. I used to hate any kind of weight lifting, have tried it many times and with many methods, and almost every single time, it would hurt my back and shoulder because something was not working. I don't feel that way at this gym, the work out is effective and yet gentle. I feel like I'm getting stronger, and leaner but I'm not drained or tired afterwards. I think she has an innate sense of knowing how to help people get stronger. The group classes are also super awesome, a sense of community but not too forced, like everyone just comes together naturally - working out with ease. Thanks Mindy!"
