"I just stopped by on Google to see what the place looks like nowadays. My father, Neil Brown, built this stable in the mid 1960s, and he developed the land around the stable and in front of Table Top. (I used to climb to the top of Table Top to look over the land below, and to just sit and think about my future.) My father rescued thoroughbred horses off of the racetrack, and we had other horses that my father bought. We trained them to jump, with the help of horse trainers, and my brothers and I showed them. The riding areas are covered with tuffa, that came from the tuffa pit behind the stable. Therefore, it does not get muddy when it rains, the way a regular dirt cover does. The trainers lived in the house at the stable for a few years, and then my oldest brother lived there for awhile. It was and is a beautiful place."
