"The employees aren't really at the counter most of the time and you have to wait for any type of service. If they are at the counter, there's only one person usually. Regal stopped doing refills and they don't tell you before you buy a drink, which is not going to work out well for them. I found it rude of management to change this rule suddenly. It's going to backfire. Also, they need to not sell tickets to seats that are already reserved. My wife is disabled and we go very often, buying our tickets online. Twice there've been people in our seats and it makes it very uncomfortable to have to tell people they need to leave because you paid for that seat they are trying to steal. They are entitled to seating, but not stealing someone else's. It's really unnecessary that this is allowed. It makes it difficult to enjoy the experience. People need to be made aware that certain seats are already reserved before they showed up. There's a reason I pay the extra fee to book ahead. Also, when booking online, we've tried to book for our friend to join us and they don't allow handicapped seats to be booked together since there's a space so it's just added hassle. We're a group and accompany a disabled person. We shouldn't have to do extra work to book more than anyone else. That's ridiculous. I will say this: their staff are very nice people overall and they've been very accommodating besides this. They just really need to work on better management."
