Napa Aerial Fitness is a unique gym located at 3377 Solano Avenue in Napa, California. We offer a variety of classes for both adults and youth, including Silks, Hammock, Aerial Hoop, Aerial Pole, Handstands, Flexibility, Dance, and Circus skills. Our adult classes are for those aged 16 and above, while our youth classes cater to ages 9-16 for skills training and 6-8 for dance and circus activities.
Our youth program focuses on building confidence, team building skills, and quality stretch and cool downs in small group settings. We also offer party hosting services for events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, moms' nights out, and team building activities.
In addition to classes and parties, we also host various events and entertainment options such as wine release parties, weddings, champagne pouring, music events, and retirement parties. At Napa Aerial Fitness, our goal is to provide wings to fly and roots to grow for all of our members.
