"Dr. Chamberlin is a great doctor. She is attentive to my mother’s needs and displays a calm and gregarious demeanor. The subsequent text is not about her but about one of the staff members. Furthermore the text below is copied and pasted from a Ms. Jenkins who wrote almost word for word what we experienced. I only added what is written within the square like parenthesis. “Extremely RUDE front desk especially the Latina lady with glasses. Please better train your front desk staff on customer service, common courtesy, and please have them do their job of not losing appointments, and also sending reminder text. The [recent] appointment I had, they lost or ‘couldn’t find it in the system’ even though I had spoken to a lady a month prior and had to wait to get the next available appointment. [The fat Latina clerk failed to register the appointment even though we verbally agreed on the specific date and time. She still denied it but I didn’t argue with her. Suddenly there was an appointment available a half hour later! She must really think people are that stupid to believe her deception.]…They lost my original appointment and I also never received a confirmation email and/or text the day before or morning of. I actually [was on time]…Rude behavior and total attitude when asking if they could still see me…."

"Had some trouble setting up the patient portal. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and commutative with fixing that issue. Was able to send test results online and received a prescription within two days. Dr Chamberlin, Jacob FNP-C, and the rest of the team are great! Highly recommend"

Then when I finally made it in a month later, I was turned away for being 10mins late for a simple initial appt with the nurse (not even an exam/checkup with the doctor) because they lost my original appointment and I also never received a confirmation email and/or text the day before or morning of. I actually thought I was early. They laughed when I was walking away and were unapologetic. Rude behavior and total attitude when asking if they could still see me…. “Nope. You missed it - you have to wait another month.” Will NEVER come back - you lost a PPO top of the line insurance patient for your rude behavior and negligence. A total waste of time."
